American Cancer Society Tennessee Chapter

American Cancer Society depends on the generous support of individuals and businesses across the country to nurture their goal of a world without cancer. Numerous fundraisers take place each year, including several specialty parties climaxed by a gala event.

The Challenge

ACS Tennessee Chapter came to us looking for a different interpretation for their annual fundraiser, Cattle Barons' Ball. An upscale "by invitation only" fundraising event, each year the attendees look forward to dressing in costumes that portray the theme and to enjoy a quick paced, activity filled, fun evening. The challenge is to create interest and excitement, while staying within the western theme.

The Marketing Solution

Chaff & Co. created a program theme that aroused event excitement by offering teasers that led up to the personal invitation. We created collateral materials including the teasers, package announcement, press releases, invitation and program.

The Results
