An association developed specifically for health care facility individuals responsible for risk management, health, safety, and environmental programs. A division of the Tennessee state chapter of AHA's national association.

The Challenge

The division wanted to launch a campaign to provide awareness of services and benefits for membership and build the association's image in the east Tennessee region.

Meeting attendance was dwindling, there was no planned agenda for securing skilled relevant speakers, marketing and public relation's activities were nonexistent, and the division was not positioned effectively with the state chapter .
